If you are interested in an item, you can click on it to see a description, possibly choose size or color and to buy the item. Click on the 'Add to cart' button and choose whether you want to continue shopping or if you want to go to checkout. If you have chosen to continue shopping, but still do not want any further products, click on 'Checkout' in the top right corner of the page. You have the option to choose a different shipping address so that you can send your purchase to a different address. When you fill in your contact information, you can check the box 'Choose other delivery address' (e.g. your workplace) and enter the address.

We want you to love your Rosti products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, or exchange it for another item of equal value. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team at customerservice.usa@fhgdk.com and we'll take care of the rest.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
How do I make a return?

When will I be refunded?
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will go through a quality control inspection. We’ll assess the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria (e.g., unused, in original condition and packaging). If approved, we will process your refund right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.
Please note: It may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
