Terms and conditions of the competition

This competition is hosted by Rosti.

Participation in the competition is subject to the participant's acceptance of the terms and conditions below.

1. Participation requirements

The competition is open to all persons residing in the United States who have reached the age of 18. Employees of F&H Group A/S and their households are not eligible to participate in the competition.

2. Duration of the competition and prize

The competition runs from 05.15.2026 – 07.15.26. The prize consists of a Rosti Margrethe Bowl Set in Red (2+3 L Bowl +Lids).

3. Participation

To participate in the competition, you must sign up for Rosti's newsletter before the end of the competition period.

4. Method of Winning and Chance of Winning

The winner will be determined by random draw from all valid entries received within the Competition Period. A total of 1 prize will be raffled off, and the chance of winning depends on the number of eligible participants.

5. Selection and announcement of winner

The winner will be drawn on 07.20.2026. The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided at the time of entry.

6. Delivery of Prize

The prize will be sent free of charge to a US address provided by the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. If the winner does not respond to the inquiry within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.

7. Personal data

By participating in the competition, the participant accepts that Rosti may process personal data in connection with the administration of the competition and the sending out of newsletters. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Rosti's privacy policy.

8. Other terms

The competition is a random competition, where the winner is determined by lot. The winner will be determined in accordance with the criteria stated at the time of entry. Rosti reserves the right to modify or discontinue the competition if special circumstances make it necessary.

ROSTI – FROM BACKROOM TO INTERNATIONAL COMPANY

The story of Rosti begins in the early 1940s, when a two-kroner loan became the beginning of a lifelong partnership and friendship. In 1944 during World War II. During World War II, Rolf Fahrenholtz and Stig Jørgensen together with the company Rosti. During and after the occupation, there was a shortage of many materials, and after first producing in bakelite, Rosti began to experiment with melamine plastic from the USA for the manufacture of die-cast tableware and kitchenware. Production was kick-started, and Rosti received his largest order to date when the Armed Forces spotted the material's extraordinarily large shelf life and ordered plates for the meals. In the 1950s, Rosti was the only company in Denmark that produced in melamine.
