It is the Danish design duo, Halskov & Dalsgaard design, which once again unfolds with a line of products that meet all the needs you have when you need a kitchen utensil in everyday life. Halskov & Dalsgaard design is also behind the design our unique range of measuring equipment, Mensura.

Choptima is a series of Cutting Boards, designed in an organic and simple design language that includes all the features you'd expect from a high-quality plastic cutting board. The beautiful colors, Curry, Humus and Nordic Green, are repeats from several of our other popular series, so they fit in with your others Rosti kitchen utensils, so you can create a common thread in your kitchen décor.

Beautiful colors and good kitchen hygiene

In addition, the colors have also been selected with the idea that Choptima can also be used as beautiful serving boards, which will add color to the serving. Put together a set in different colors or choose the cutting boards in your favorite color. The boards are useful for serving everything from bread to sausage, cheeses and tapas dishes.

The plastic cutting boards are extremely solid with their thickness of 1 cm, which makes them less likely to warp and lose their shape. The matte surface provides a more non-slip surface than a smooth surface, and in addition, cut marks are less visible on the matte surface.

When you buy a Choptima cutting board set, you get a practical holder that ensures that you have a fixed place for the cutting boards without them taking up too much space on the kitchen counter.

The holder is also designed so that you can put a damp cutting board directly in it. The cutting boards are slightly apart from each other, and at the bottom of the holder there are grooves that ensure good ventilation and thus hygiene, e.g. if the board is still damp when it is put in place. This will help you maintain good hygiene in the kitchen.

Cleaning and maintenance of Rosti Choptima cutting boards

When you buy the Choptima cutting boards from Rosti, you get cutting boards that will last for many years, if you take good care of them. The cutting boards are made of a recyclable material that is resistant to moisture, making them highly hygienic and very easy to clean.

The practical holder further enhances hygiene, as the distance between the cutting boards ensures that the boards can dry and that excess liquid is led away from the board. You can therefore safely put the damp cutting board to dry in the holder - the grooves at the bottom of the holder ensure optimal air circulation for the drying process.

The Choptima Cutting Boards can be washed by hand with a mild dish soap or washed in the dishwasher, depending on your preference.
